Beginnig Friday May 22nd, West Lauderdale Water will have anew PAY- BY-PHONE number due to a billing software update. The new number will be 1-256-367-2940. Each customer will have thier own personal ID and Pin number in order to pay their bill using the automated phone system. This will be printed on the bills that go out this month. This will not effect anyone set up pn Auto draft thru the online portal or our office. We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause.
